How Orders Move
Processing time. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent once the parcel leaves the facility.
Where orders ship from. Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground from California. Depending on the destination within the United States, delivery typically takes 2–9 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs. Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over $75. Orders below that threshold are charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Tracking. A tracking number is sent to the email address on the order. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support and the carrier will be contacted on your behalf.
International orders. International shipping availability varies by destination. Any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Those charges are not included at checkout. If a parcel is refused because of customs charges, the carrier may destroy or return it, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Address errors and refused parcels. Double-check the shipping address before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an address error, an unclaimed delivery, or a refusal unrelated to damage or an error on this side, support will contact you about reshipping. Additional charges apply.
Lost or damaged in transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact support within 7 days with photos. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but it did not arrive, contact the carrier first to file a claim; support will assist where possible. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
